 Brand Identity
 Menu Design
 Signage

Subway wanted to create a unique menu, Subway Series, with pre-built sandwiches alongside its sandwich customization. For decades, Subway has been the "create your own" sandwich shop, but with deep knowledge of its ingredients, menu, and sandwich artists, it was time to modernize the menu and become the ultimate authority on sandwiches.

In partnership with Tombras, we created a new brand for the menu that leaned into sports enthusiasts and could be used across 37,000 stores globally. The work included a brandmark, menu design, restaurant signage, and custom tattoos (yes, they're real, and the people who got them earned free Subway for life), all created to support the ad campaign Tombras produced to launch the new sandwich menu.

And yes, of course I took pictures of my work in Charleston, Italy, and Switzerland during my own travels.

At an activation in Colorado, participants could earn a year of free Subway by getting the brand permanently tattooed on their body, or free Subway for life with a full back tattoo.

(Yes, this really happened!)
